What a platform gets
In 2026, Almaty police asked delivery apps to identify every courier, and since 25 August any bike with a motor counts as a moped. Most couriers ride rented bikes, and that is where the risk sits.
Licensed couriers
Each courier on a Just Ride fleet has passed the ID, licence and age check, and every check is logged.
Signed agreements
The courier signs the rental agreement with the fleet in the app, so it is clear who rides which bike.
Rent without cash
Couriers pay the fleet in the app, not in cash or to a personal card.
One check, any fleet
A verified courier can move to another Just Ride fleet without a new check.
